As the name suggests, like a drawer, it can be pulled and pulled. Common methods of pulling and pulling include: inner box ribbon handle, outer side of inner box with finger position opening, outer side of inner box with circular hole opening, and both sides of outer box with finger position opening.
A. Size habits:
Length X width X height MM, it should be noted that in general, the speaker is equal to the maximum value and the height is equal to the minimum value
There may also be customers who demand higher values, and if it is an actual requirement, they can only quote according to the customer's request. However, this situation may be more expensive, whether it is materials or labor. In addition, there may be customers who only follow the direction of their design documents, such as the front direction of the logo in Figure 2. Customers may say the length is higher, so that the height of this box will be larger, and the length or width value will be smaller. We need to judge whether this is reasonable or not. In this case, we will need to find a drawer box structure of our standard box type, and then write the maximum value of the customer's perceived height in the length position, and the minimum value in the length position. In this way, let the customer confirm the details and only fill in the numbers. Do not include the length, width, and height of the text to avoid misunderstandings.
In addition, the width of the quotation system is set based on the opening position. Normally, we also set the width as the middle value and the height as the minimum value on the side where the length equals the larger value. In general, this will save materials and labor. Of course, there may also be customers who request a smaller length value. If the customer actually requests it, the quotation should be filled in according to the position of length, width, and height. Otherwise, the corresponding length, width, and height values can be marked as mentioned above and confirmed with the customer.
B. Size limitations
Minimum size limit: The minimum height for external dimensions is 20MM, and the length and width must be greater than 30X30MM,
Maximum size limit: It is recommended not to exceed both (height widening) X2<66CM and (length X2 height increasing)<66CM at the same time
C. V lees
All drawer boxes in our company have a default outer box that only requires V grade, while the inner box does not require V. If the inner box also requires V grade, an additional labor cost of 0.2 yuan will be required.
D. Material suggestion: 1200g can basically meet the majority of size requirements
1200 grams of gray board are commonly used. When the size is less than 100X100X30MM, 800-1000 grams can be considered. When the size is less than 250X250X80MM, it is recommended to use 1200 grams. For sizes larger than 250X250X80MM, 1200 grams of gray board is also not a problem. It is recommended to use 1300 to 1500 grams depending on the actual needs of the customer.
