How To Apply Hard Cardboard To Custom Ring Packaging Paper Box Factory

How to apply hard cardboard to custom ring packaging paper box factory:

1.3.1 Grey board

(Commonly used grams: 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1400, 1500, 1800, 2000 grams)

The gray board is relatively thick and hard, which can support the structure of the ring box. Our ring boxes (handmade boxes) are all made of gray boards for structural molding and coated with paper.

A commonly used 1200 gram gray board for gift boxes. When the size is less than 100X100X30MM, consider using 800 to 1000 grams. When the size is less than 250X250X80MM, it is recommended to use 1200 grams. Otherwise, it is recommended to use 1300 to 1500 grams depending on the actual needs of the customer.In order to make the box look more high-end, ring packaging paper box factory often use 1200 grams of gray board for production.

Grey board classification:

(1) Double gray: Both sides are gray. Generally, when the box needs to be coated with printing paper inside, double gray will be used as custom ring packaging box;

(2) Single white: one side is gray and the other side is white. If the customer does not request it, we usually use a single white gray board to make gift boxes if the box is white or light colored;

(3) Single black: One side is gray and the other side is black. If the customer does not request it, we usually use a single black gray board to make a ring box when the box is black.

1.3.2 Corrugated paper

Pit paper composition:

(1) Facial paper is divided into S, K, A, B, C grades from S to C, with higher grade papers producing harder and more effective pit paper. (Note: The face paper also has a code name of W, representing white. The material quality of W is approximately equal to A paper.)

(2) Core paper is commonly divided into three types: 3 pits=coarse pits, 9 pits=E pits (fine pits), and F pits=ultrafine pits. This is the classification of core paper wave thickness, from coarse to fine, 3>9>F.

(3) Face paper+core paper+face paper with a layer of core paper sandwiched between the two sides of the face paper, which is a single pit cardboard (such as K3K, K9A)

(4) Face paper+core paper+face paper+core paper+face paper with two layers of core paper sandwiched between the two sides of the face paper and one layer of face paper in the middle, which is a double pit cardboard (such as: K=A, K3A9A,,,)

A. Pit cardboard:

Double pit cardboard: K=K (K3A3K), K=A (K3A3A), A=A (A3A3A3A) and other commonly used three pit core paper are suitable for making cardboard boxes, and the double pit protection effect is better.K=A Corrugated is hardest, and for high-end ring packaging factories, they will definitely use the best cardboard to produce cardboard boxes.

Single pit cardboard: K9K, K9A, A9A, K3K, K3A, A3A and other single pit cardboard are suitable for making smaller cardboard boxes with poor protection effect, or for making double insertion boxes, buckle bottom boxes, airplane boxes, etc.Sometimes K9A is used by ring paper packaging box factories for individual packaging of each ring box.

B. See pit paper:

Single pit saw pit paper K3, A3, W3,,, K9, A9, W9,,, KF, AF, WF

This type of pit paper can see the waves of the core paper, so it is called pit paper. Mainly used for mounting pit color boxes, after gray card printing, they are then mounted together with the core paper of the pit paper to make mounting pit color boxes.

F pit: Mounted with 250g and 300g gray cards, which may be slightly softer. If you want a high-end and harder one, you can mount 350g gray cards. Sometimes K9+300g gray cards are used by ring packaging factory to produce some lower grade ring packaging boxes.

.(When the minimum edge of the box is less than 20mm, it is recommended to mount F pit)

9-pit (also known as E-pit): mounting 300g, 350g gray card (when the minimum edge of the box is greater than 25mm but less than 100mm, it is recommended to use 9-pit)

3 pits: It is recommended to mount 350 grams of gray cards. If 300 grams of gray cards are mounted, the pit patterns are obvious and the grade is low (the minimum edge of the box is greater than 100mm, it is recommended to mount 3 pits)

The benefits of using pit paper to mount gray cards: Pit paper has hardness and stiffness, and gray cards are suitable for printing and can be glued. The two materials can be mounted together to achieve the printing effect that customers need. The box will also be harder and have a strong texture after molding, which can also play a certain role in protecting the product.

Double pit see pit paper is generally used for products with ordinary cardboard box structures. It is generally recommended to use K3A9 see pit core paper with 9 pits. The 9 pits are finer and the pit pattern is not as obvious after mounting the gray card.

(5) Common reference values:

A. Facial paper: K paper=200g, A paper=160g, B paper=120g, W paper=125g, C paper=100g

B. Core paper: Generally, 125g is used as the core, 140g is used for reinforced core, and 180g is used for high reinforced core
