Common types of paper include 157 grams of double copper coated adhesive, approximately 120 grams of white kraft paper, brown kraft paper, and black kraft paper, as well as approximately 120 grams of specialty paper. The gift box made through the V-shaped process presents a 90 degree right angle appearance, which is very beautiful.

It forms a V-shaped pit inside the gift box, allowing the gray board to fold smoothly to the desired angle. (2) Half threading process

Half through refers to bending the gray board halfway to create a 90 degree turning angle. Using a semi piercing method to form a gray board requires some skills and steps. Firstly, cut the gray board into appropriate sizes according to the required size. During the semi threading process, attention should be paid to the bending angle and strength of the gray board. Therefore, when carrying out semi threading, caution is necessary and gradually increasing the force to ensure that the gray board can bend smoothly without damage.

(4) Open window

In general, a window should be opened directly above the box, and the window should be as centered as possible. The window should be as square as possible (according to customer requirements). The distance between the window and the edge should be at least 15mm, and it is recommended to be at least 20mm. There are three main methods to open a window:

One method is to directly open the windows on the gray board, which will be approximately 3mm on each side as requested by the customer. The window will be opened according to the size of the paper requested by the customer, and then PVC boards will be pasted on the gray wooden boards. The method is to package the box normally. The white part on the back of the paper can be seen through the PVC window inside the box, which is a relatively low grade. By using this window opening method to customize jewelry gift box packaging, you can see the jewelry inside the window, which will appear more upscale.

The second method is to open the window on the gray board according to the size requested by the customer, and fold the face paper on all four sides when opening the window. Then, wrap the box in its normal position and fold the tissue back. After wrapping the face paper, stick a piece of PVC paper inside the box and attach a window paper card of the same color as the inside of the box. This method will make the window part of the box very delicate and high-end. This method is also applicable to non stick PVC boards, and the grade is still very high-end. But this method requires a minimum window size of 2.5CM, and it is recommended that a minimum window size of 3CM be more suitable

Thirdly, it is suitable for bookcases. After the leather case is made normally, it can be directly taken to another window for pasting. If pasting is required, prepare the window before laminating the backing paper, then apply PVC board, and then laminating the backing paper. If no patch is needed, simply install the backing paper before stamping the window. This window opening method for OEM jewelry gift box packaging will save more costs.


(5) In box printing

Our regular quotation does not include the printing in the box, and the box is mainly gray plate primary color (double gray=gray in the box, single white=white in the box, single black=black in the box)

When printing is required in the box, it can be divided into two situations:

First, the number is small, or the box is relatively short. We can wrap the box to the bottom, and then paste a piece of colored paper at the bottom of the box (printed colored paper as required by the customer). This method reduces printing costs, saves startup costs, and increases labor costs.

Second, if the number of boxes is large, or the boxes are too high to be wrapped to the bottom, it is necessary to mount the printed content paper required by the guests on the double gray board first, and then carry out the box forming process (if the number is small, this method will cost more)

The OEM jewelry gift boxes produced in this way have the colors customized by customers inside and outside, which will be more high-end.
